The Bale Coaching Partnership was established by founding partner William Bale in 2003.

A qualified professional business and individual coach and consultant, William has specialised in individual career development in the corporate sector, coaching Line Managers and Executives through to board level. He has combined both a successful commercial and military career.

As a Director he has built Bale Coaching into a forward looking, energetic team who understand the requirements both of firms and the individuals working within them.
